2. Architect: A reference design with the models, retrieval, orchestration, and controls chosen for the case.
3. Build and hand over: Working software in small, tested increments, delivered with documentation and evaluation harnesses so it keeps running on its own.

Damien Rosecraft is an AI solutions architect working in technology since 2016, and he runs Lastelle AI on his own. The person who scopes a system is the same person who designs it, writes it, and stands behind it once it is live.

His work divides between architecture for organizations putting language models, agents, and automated pipelines into live operations, and products he releases himself to push the frontier faster.
